1870
The Leek Times was founded by Matthew Miller, a printer from Birmingham.
1893
The Leek Post was founded by Leek Conservatives.
1896
Bought by Enoch Hill, who had formed Hill Brothers printing business with his four brothers.
1933
The Leek Times and The Leek Post merged forming the Leek Post & Times.
1960's
Harry, one of the Hill brother's children later took on the business and moved the newspaper and printing to a former mill in Brook Street
